Yoga offers us well-being and happiness, especially when it is experienced holistically. Ananda Yoga, based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, teaches us to practice the yoga postures for their valuable physical benefits, but not only: each posture becomes a tool for our mental well-being, developing our inner qualities of peace, joy, and love, leading us to a profound spiritual evolution, towards ever more expanded states of consciousness.
